Samar Shukla alias Builder for collecting haftas from hawkers selling goods right opposite the Mumbai Police commissioner’s office at
Lohar Chawl
in South Mumbai.
Earlier on Friday, the police had also arrested two senior citizens near Plaza theatre in Dadar for the same.
