Ivan Rodrigues allegedly booked the club's presidential hall, using her membership, for allegedly carrying our religious ceremonies.
The General Body of the Khar Gymkhana on Sunday terminated the playing membership of Rodrigues over in the incident.
In a letter (TOI has a copy) to Gautam Ravriya, Bajarang Dal Konkan Chapter Co Convenor, Devnani wrote: "I had no personal knowledge that the presidential banquet Hall was being used for religious activities purposes by the Evangelist Brother Manuel Ministries. I assure you that our gymkhana will not permit any such functions in future to be held in the Khar Gymkhana premises."
"We have accepted the apology, but we have warned him that in future, we will not accept a ‘sorry' if such an incident takes place, but will deal with it in ‘Bajrang Dal style.'" Ravria told TOI.
