and N R Borkar, said that the trial court rejected Teltumbde’s application last December on the ground that a regular bail plea was pending before the high court, before which he can seek relief for temporary bail as well.
For NIA, a counsel said since the Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh would be appearing in the matter, and the papers were received only on Thursday, time may be granted.tnn
