French President Emmanuel Macron's posters pasted on Mumbai road

MUMBAI: Posters of French President Emmanuel Macron were pasted over a road at Muhammad Ali Road in south Mumbai on Thursday.

A video clip of vehicles driving over the posters had gone viral.


Soon after getting the information,

Pydhonie police

reached the spot and removed all the posters.

"No case has been registered against anyone," said Mumbai Police spokesperson S Chaitanya.

Eid processions will be taken out in south Mumbai on Friday and police will be providing bandobast. Several roads have been shut for traffic movement.
