The workshop was curated to enable women to pour and drink wine with confidence. Sarah Storey, Australia's deputy high commissioner to India, and Catherine Gallagher, minister commercial and head of Austrade South Asia attended.
Elsewhere, other achievers who have stormed the male bastion include mixologist Sonali Mullick, head of operations at Hitchki and Bayroute, who took inspiration from her mentor Shatbhi Basu.
Mullick followed her passion for mixing innovative cocktails and designing the bar menu, and is today a reputed expert in her field.
