Elderly person's body found stuffed in suitcase, police suspect foul play

KALYAN: The body of an unidentified elderly person, estimated to be between 65 and 70 years old, was found dumped inside a suitcase in an isolated area of Titwala.
The incident came to light in Varap village of Kalyan taluka on Thursday afternoon when a passerby noticed the suitcase and informed the local Kalyan taluka police. The police arrived at the scene and opened the suitcase in the presence of the forensic team.
According to the police, the body was in a decomposed state, and they estimate the person was between 65 and 70 years old. A murder case has been registered against an unidentified person, and the police are now working to identify the victim to solve the case.
