The project, with a potential height of up to 43 floors and a total built-up area exceeding 500,000 square feet, will feature luxury residences and premium retail spaces.
The development has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 1,600 crores, making it one of the most significant projects in the micro-market. The company aims to deliver world-class amenities, catering to the growing demand for premium housing in Mumbai.
