Cousin sister molested

MUMBAI: A 37-year old man who allegedly molested his cousin sister while she was asleep on late Saturday night in Fort, the Azad Maidan police arrested him. The Azad Maidan police have arrested Mahesh Pathe, a resident of Fort after his cousin sister filed a complaint.
Pathe who does odd jobs in an office in Fort was arrested under the IPC sections of outraging modesty of woman and was granted bail.According to the police, a woman filed a complaint alleging that as due to financial problem the family has a joint family and stays in a tiny one room kitchen flat in Fort.
On late Saturday when most of the family members were asleep, accused allegedly touched her inappropriately and outraged her modesty said police.
