Court puts off Vaze’s narco test

MUMBAI: The Bombay HC on Monday temporarily restrained the state Criminal Investigation Department (CID) from conducting a narco-analysis test on incarcerated assistant police inspector Sachin Vaze till May 5.
Vaze has been arrested for themysterious disappearance of Ghatkopar bomb blast accused Khwaja Yunus from police custody. Justice V.K. Tahilramani said she was only postponing the test, not staying it.
Vaze had appealed against an order of the special court,which permitted the CID to conduct the test on him.
