Cops book two lawyers for assaulting advocate
The Azad Maidan police registered a case of assault against advocate Charanjit Singh Chandrapal and his associate Milind Borkar.
MUMBAI: The Azad Maidan police registered a case of assault against advocate Charanjit Singh Chandrapal and his associate Milind Borkar. The complaint was filed by advocate Mahesh Vaswani. According to the FIR, Vaswani had lodged a complaint of misconduct against Chandrapal with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and there was a hearing on October 5. During the proceedings, Vaswani claimed Chandrapal and Borkar allegedly assaulted Vaswani. The two abused Vaswani and threatened him with dire consequences.
