MUMBAI: A 43-year-old man, who allegedly threatened two directors of a sick company over civil litigation, was arrested by the city crime branch on Tuesday.
Even as the police have arrested Azim Riyaz Siddiqui, they are still hunting for another director, Vinod Faria, on whose behest Siddiqui had threatened him.
Complainant Dilip Patel had alleged that in October, he was assaulted with an iron rod, when he and his friend Arvind Dharamshi Shah visited the Andheri Metropolitan court over a check-bounce case.
