Pardhi and Pawar were neighbours.
Pardhi who resided in Vasai with his wife and two minor daughters, left home on February 5. A missing case was registered by his family the next day. On Sunday at around 10.30 am, locals informed the Vasai police of a body floating in the sea at Panju Bunder. The body has been send for autopsy.
The victim's family alleged that he was under depression since the case was filed against him. Family members alleged that Pawar had an issue with Pardhi with regard to work and made the false allegations. The victim had called his family members of February 5 before disappearing.
