online friendship racket
where they duped the son of an IAS officer from Chennai to the tune of Rs 16 lakh.
Officials of the
Mumbai Police told the team as both have been remanded to judicial custody they need to seek their custody from the local court.
"On Monday evening, police moved an application before the court seeking production warrant and got permission to take the duo to Chennai on Tuesday," Said an official.
