Jundal had nightmares about Kasab, he said.
Opposing the transfer, the prosecution said Jundal was not in solitary confinement, he was allowed to use the canteen, was given newspapers, taken out of the cell regularly, and had no psychological problems. tnn
The prosecution alleged that Jundal is the main conspirator along with co-accused Fayaz Kagzi in the 2006 Aurangabad Arms Haul Case. Those arrested reportedly told the police that the consignment of arms and explosives were brought by Jundal, who had fled along with Kazgi to Pakistan.
The ATS secured Jundal's custody in the case last August. He was first arrested by the Delhi police on June 25 after he was deported from Saudi Arabia. The Mumbai crime branch took Jundal into custody in the 26/11 attack case on July 20. Jundal is suspected to be a handler of the 10 Pakistani terrorists involved in 26/11 attacks.
