Case against Bharat Shah strong: Bhujbal

MUMBAI: Maharashtra d e p u t chief mini s t e Chhagan Bhuj b a said that the prosec u t i o n’s case on the underworld’s alleged nexus with diamond merchant and film financier Bharat Shah and others was "strong’’ despite the Bollywood personalities turning hostile.
"We have got enough proof,’’ said Mr Bhujbal, who also holds the home portfolio.
In addition to Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan, other witnesses to turn hostile are director Anees Bazmee, producer Sanjay Gupta, director Mahesh Manjrekar, owner of Venus music company Ratan Jain, financier Harish Sughand, businessman Aftab Patel, film-makers Mohammed Morani and Ali Morani and actor Ajay Devgun’s secretary Kumar Mangat Pathak.
