Britannia ropes in Rajneet Kohli as CEO, Varun Berry made VC

MUMBAI: In a top-level reshuffle, biscuit major Britannia Industries has appointed Rajneet Kohli as the CEO, while Varun Berry has been elevated as executive vice-chairman & MD.

Britannia Industries said the changes are with immediate effect and Kohli will report to Berry.

Kohli joins Britannia from food services company Jubilant FoodWorks (Domino’s), where he delivered sustained profitable growth and helped it emerge as the largest QSR chain in the country with over 1,600 stores. He was president and chief business officer for over four years.
