MUMBAI:

Bombay high court

on Wednesday directed Maharashtra government to respond to allegations that it was not properly implementing its policy on school bags. The HC was hearing a PIL on the issue filed by activist Swati Patil. The petitioner claimed a government resolution of 2017, which among other things required periodic checks on schools, was being violated. As per the state's policy, school bags should not exceed 10% of the child's weight. tnn

Wonder how these ISSUES have surfaced in HC and such ISSUES be settled in the School Levels and Education Dept need to do more than want these have done as yet Judiciary NEED to attend and deliver JUSTICE for the Victims family against Molestation Cases ,CORRUPT persons and Crimes where timely delivery of JUSTICE is the Prime Importance
