Body of 1 Nerul real estate agent found, other missing
Navi Mumbai: Raigad police found the dead body of one of the two missing Nerul real estate agents from Gagode village in Pen taluka on Friday.
The spot is located around 2km from the site where Sheena Bora's purported remains were found in 2015.
The two agents had gone to attend a meeting in Raigad but their car was found abandoned near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway with bloodstains, signs of gunshots and two bullets.

The deceased has been identified as Sumit Jain (38) while Amir Khanjada (42) is missing.
Jain and Khanjada, an NCP worker, had left Nerul on Wednesday night in a hatchback car towards Raigad for the meeting. They did not return and their mobile phones were switched off. Their family members then lodged missing person complaints with Nerul police.
Navi Mumbai police and various units of Raigad police were deployed for the search operation, and they are now looking for Khanjada.
Their abandoned car was found in a suspicious condition near Sahara Helipad Road, around 100 feet off the Mumbai-bound carriageway of the Expressway on Thursday. Khopoli police started an inquiry after getting information about the car.
However, the police team found Jain's body about 15km away from the spot where the car was abandoned. The investigating team found two bullets from the car. A dog squad, a forensic team and other sleuths are investigating the murder case from different angles. The police teams, though, are yet to ascertain the reason behind the crime.
