Bar girls held for murder
THANE: The proverbial long arm of the law managed to net—in double quick time—two bar girls (both sisters) who allegedly killed their friend in Thane.
It all began early on Tuesday when Wagle Estate police received information that a youth was lying dead on the service road near Dnyansadhana College here.
An inquiry revealed that the man, Vinod Dudhane, was friendly with barmaid Aarti Jaiswal.

Aarti’s sister Chandni also works at the same bar. Police managed to locate the girls’ house and procured their photographs; police parties were sent toMumbai and Kalyan.
Railway staff confirmed seeing the girls board the Pushpak Express. Following this, a fax message was sent to Manmad police but the train had already left the station.
Subsequently, another message was sent to Bhusaval where police nabbed the sisters.
