Azim fails to appear at court

MUMBAI: Actress Neelima Azim failed to appear before a metropolitan court on Thursday, for the second time, after being issued summons in a bigamy case.
She had been summoned on the basis of a complaint lodged against her husband, musician Reza Ali Khan, by his former wife Sema Khan, accusing him of bigamy.
Police officials told the court that the actress was not at her Versova residence when a team visited her earlier this week.
The magistrate has now directed the police to paste a notice at her residence asking her to be present in the court on September 9.
