A few candidates who appeared for the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (SET) for assistant professor on Sunday, found their names missing at exam centres.

MUMBAI: A few candidates who appeared for the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (SET) for assistant professor on Sunday, found their names missing at exam centres.
D Hari Chandan, director, Institute of Distance and Open Learning (IDOL) said that the matter was resolved in some time and the students allowed to appear for the test. Less than 10 candidates faced the problem and only at one centre in Chembur, he said.

At another centre, a few students who wanted to appear for the Physics paper were allegedly given English papers due to wrong entry in their hall tickets. Officials claimed they did not receive any such complaint.
