New CM has a strategic outlook for state: Amruta

Mumbai: Amruta Fadnavis expressed her unwavering confidence in her husband Devendra Fadnavis's return as chief minister to mediapersons, before the oath-taking ceremony on Thursday.
She emphasised his lifelong dedication to public work and his firm conviction in securing a third term as CM to complete his intended public welfare initiatives. She also stressed that serving the public remains his foremost concern.
Amruta Fadnavis highlighted his strategic outlook for Maharashtra, particularly in attracting foreign direct investment.
She said, "He had improved infrastructure across the state from small places to big cities like Mumbai and Nagpur. We are happy that he became MLA for the sixth time and CM the third time."
While commenting on the Ladki Bahin programme which was introduced by the previous govt led by Eknath Shinde just a couple of months before the election, she mentioned its significant success. Amruta Fadnavis said she had observed it while participating in the recent state election campaigns, adding, "Ladki Bahins were strongly standing with Devendra-ji from their heart, despite fake narratives (opposition had raised questions over the scheme)." On Thursday, Amruta was present at Azad Maidan and welcomed VIP guests at the venue. — Vijay V Singh
