Mumbai: 3 arrested for assault of sub-inspector

MUMBAI: Three persons who assaulted a sub-inspector of Pant Nagar police station with bottles and stones were arrested.

Jaywant Pawar had gone to search for a criminal when he and his team were attacked. Pawar suffered severe head and eye injuries. Pant Nagar police registered a case of attempt to murder and arrested Bhushan More, 34, Shubham More, 28, and Rohit Kengar, 26.
