Mumbai: 21-year-old nabs flasher, gets him arrested

(W) nabbed a 42-year-old man who allegedly unzipped his pants and flashed at her on the skywalk towards

Santa Cruz

railway station on Monday.

The incident occurred at around 10 am when the daughter (21-year-old victim) of an RTO official was returning home after appearing for an exam.

Santa Cruz police arrested the accused identified as Santosh Maingale, a resident of Santa Cruz (W), who was unable to give a proper reply for his act. He has been booked under the Indian Penal Code section 504 (intentional insult).
