MUMBAI: The
BJP leadership on Wednesday set up a three-member committee led by senior BJP leader
Vinod Tawde for drafting the strategy for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Besides Tawde, Sunil Bansal and Tarun Chug are the members of the committee.
The committee is expected to finalise the outreach programmes of the party’s central and state leaders.
The main task before the committee will be to identify the candidates, where BJP nominees were at second position, organizations plan and connecting party with the electorate.
“The three-member committee will work on constituency-wise planning, provide talking points to central leaders and look after their logistic arrangements,’’ a senior BJP leader said.
