The two accused, identified as Faiyyaz Kothmire, the shop owner, and Huzaifa Arif Shaikh, were charged with obstructing government servants in the performance of their duties.According to the complaint filed by Ravindra Divekar, a chief officer from the BMC market department, he received information at 8 am on Wednesday about a slaughterhouse operating near Lucky restaurant in Bandra west. Divekar notified the police and proceeded to the location accompanied by constables Bharat Nangre, Pratik Kadam, Pravin Nachnekar, and Sankay Kalay.
