2 bldrs held for cheating and forgery

Mumbai: The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Mumbai police has arrested builders Amit Wadhwani and Vicky Wadhwani and are looking for their partner Lalit Dharmani in connection with a cheating and forgery case. This is the third case in which Wadhwani has been arrested. Deputy commissioner of police (EOW) Sangramsingh Nishandar said that on Tuesday, the police registered an FIR at Amboli police station in Andheri and arrested Amit and Vicky under the IPC sections of cheating, forgery and criminal breach of trust.The duo were arrested on the complaint of Yogesh Lakhani, film producer and the director of Bright Outdoor Media. The EOW is already probing multiple fraud cases against Wadhwani. Ahmed Ali
