The deceased, Anand Shinde (22), was a resident of Bhosalewadi, Pune. The injured are Akshay Sakat (23), Nitin Namdev Shinde (24), Raj Doke (18), Salman Sayyad (24) and Sachin Kamble (30), all from Pune. The police has registered a case of rash and negligent driving causing death against the unidentified truck driver. The IRB agency’s ambulance rushed the injured to Khopoli municipal hospital.
