Chaudhary denied the allegations, claiming the video was edited and manipulated by political opponents to damage his reputation.

Baghpat Superintendent of Police (SP) Arpit Vijayvargiya said no formal complaints have been filed yet. "If a complaint is filed, appropriate legal action will be taken according to the law," he said.

Congress State Spokesperson Abhimanyu Tyagi confirmed the news of Chaudhary's removal. "I spoke to State President Ajay Rai, who confirmed that Yunus Chaudhary has been removed from his post as the district president of Baghpat," he said.

Tyagi mentioned that the party took swift action after the video emerged. When asked about a potential expulsion of Chaudhary from the party, Tyagi said that the decision would be made by the party leadership soon.

Attempts to contact Chaudhary were unsuccessful as he did not respond to calls. In a social media statement, Chaudhary claimed the video is a "political conspiracy" by his rivals, asserting they had "edited and circulated" it to tarnish his image.
