Man attacked by tiger in South Kheri

SHAHJAHAN: A man was attacked by a tiger in Mailani range of

South Kheri forest

on Tuesday evening.

(30) who was seriously injured was hospitalized and is out of danger. However, the victim was not able to confirm the exact spot where the tiger attacked him, officials said.

"We are investigating the incident. We are not sure whether the incident happened in

Kishanpur

sanctuary or near the village. The man is not able to confirm the exact location. Also, we were not able to trace any pugmarks of tiger near the village," Akhilesh Pandey, DFO South Kheri, said.
