faced an 'ink attack' in Bangalore during a press meet. Speaking on the matter, Naresh Tikait said, "They (BJP) have made it quite obvious that no one can talk against the government and its policies. The attack is nothing but vendetta politics. They are not talking of development. In Assam, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand, what is happening? They are pushing youth towards Naxalism as they are not getting jobs. They are hell bent upon destroying this nation. It was imperative for the Karnataka government to provide security to Rakesh Tikait. This shows the state in a bad light."
