The mangaluru ramakrishna mutt is hosting a yoga camp from February 6-7. Yogarathna Gopalakrishna will be the guide, and participants will learn about asanas, pranayama, mudras, and meditation. The camp will be held from 5:45pm to 7:00pm at the ashram, and participants can register by visiting the ashram office on 2414412.
The camp will be from 5.45 pm to 7pm.
Yogarathna Gopalakrishna Delampady will guide the aspirants in asanas, surya namaskar, pranayama, mudras, kriyas and meditation.
