M’luru cooker blast victim out of hosp

A mangaluru autorickshaw driver was discharged from the hospital on Saturday after sustaining burns in the cooker blast that he was in on November 19. The driver's father is a doctor at a medical college hospital and he has recovered completely. The family was happy to receive him home. The driver was treated for burns after a cooker blast was reported in his moving autorickshaw on November 19. The doctors have asked him to remain indoors for at least a month to avoid infection. Meanwhile, the Gurubeladingalu Foundation led by R Padmaraj is undertaking the repair of the driver's house. The National Investigation Agency is probing the mangaluru cooker blast case and terror suspect Mohammed Shariq was shifted to Bengaluru on December 17. A cooker bomb that the accused Shariq was carrying had exploded in the moving autorickshaw at Nagori in the city.

Mangaluru: Autorickshaw driver Purushotham Poojary,59, who sustained burns in the cooker blast, was discharged from hospital on Saturday.
According to Dr Uday Kumar K, medical superintendent, Father Muller Medical College Hospital, he has recovered completely, and has been discharged.
His family was happy to receive him home, after spending more than a month in the hospital.
