A mangaluru autorickshaw driver was discharged from the hospital on Saturday after sustaining burns in the cooker blast that he was in on November 19. The driver's father is a doctor at a medical college hospital and he has recovered completely. The family was happy to receive him home. The driver was treated for burns after a cooker blast was reported in his moving autorickshaw on November 19. The doctors have asked him to remain indoors for at least a month to avoid infection. Meanwhile, the Gurubeladingalu Foundation led by R Padmaraj is undertaking the repair of the driver's house. The National Investigation Agency is probing the mangaluru cooker blast case and terror suspect Mohammed Shariq was shifted to Bengaluru on December 17.
