MANGALURU: Maruti Suzuki India Ltd clearly has Gen Next on its minds.
With 59 Nexa premium sales channel unveiled on Wednesday, including two in the city, Maruti aims to touch 100 by end of March 2016.Expectations and aspirations of this generation is different, said R S Kalsi, executive director, marketing and sales, MSIL.
Inaugurating the Nexa showroom on Kadri Road, Kalsi said the young generation are now accustomed to a higher level of attention while purchasing various commodities. "It is for such kind of customers that Maruti is trying to provide the delight factor," he said, adding it does not involve merely showcasing a product, but giving them a totally new shopping experience. "We have tech savvy solutions for our discerning customers, and offer personalized treatment to them," Kalsi said, adding that the Nexa premium sales channel will change the way car retailing is done.
