MOLAKALMARU (CHITRADURGA): The state government will appoint about 800 specialists and 500 doctors in one month, said Sriramulu, minister for health at Molakalmaru on Tuesday. He was addressing mediapersons along with G Karunakara Reddy, minister for revenue and district in-charge.
"The government will recruit 1,400 doctor and 5,000 para medical staff soon to fill up all vacant posts in the state.

45 posts in the district will also be filled up," he said.
He also informed that the Vajapayee Arogyasri scheme will be introduced to the hospitals in Bangalore and Mysore divisions soon. "The scheme which was launched in Belagavi and Gulbarga divisions on a pilot basis was a success. The government had allocated Rs 60 crore for that. Now, we are planning to introduce the scheme in Banaglore and Mysore divisions," he said.
