Farmer dies after branch falls on him

Mangaluru: A farmer died after a branch of a tree fell on him while trimming branches of trees at Darbethadka in Puttur, under Sampya police station limits. The deceased is Guruprasad. The incident took place when he was pulling the branches of a tree using a rope. A severely injured Guruprasad was rushed to a hospital, where he was declared dead. tnn
