Contact Lens Clinic inaugurated

MANIPAL: Contact Lens Clinic at Dr T M A Pai Hospital, Karkala, was inaugurated recently by Dr R R Pulgaonkar, medical superintendent Kasturba Hospital, Manipal. Dr Avinash Shetty, chief administrative medical officer of the Karkala hospital said a special screening week will be held from July 25 to 30 and urged patients to avail free consultation and expert opinion during the special screening week.
Delivering the inaugural address, Dr R R Pulgaonkar said the clinic at the hospital has qualified and experienced professionals who ensure that the patients are given the best lenses after scientific testing in a friendly environment. It also keeps a record of the patient's ocular health.
