Commissioner suspends three for dereliction of duty in Mangalore
K Harish Kumar, commissioner, Mangalore City Corporation has placed under suspension three city corporation employees for going on unauthorized leave at a time when election process to the civic body is underway.
Observing such absence as negligence of election duty, and gross irresponsibility towards their work, Harish suspended Rathish, and Suketh Kumar, second division assistants, and Rajesh, attender under column 10 of Karnataka Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1957.
