BJP’s Sathish Prabhu passes away

Mangaluru: Sathish M Prabhu, Dakshina Kannada district spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party, passed away on Tuesday. He was 60. He is survived by his mother, wife, and son.Prabhu was also the trustee of Sri Venkataramana Temple, Car Street. He was the former president of the Mangaluru City South block unit of the BJP, vice-president of the Sarvajanika Ganeshotsava Samiti, Sangha Niketan, an office bearer of the BJP Yuva Morcha, a member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, and a worker of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He was actively involved in community service through various organisations.
