TTV loyalist Pugazhendhi hurt as car overturns

Dindigul: V Pugazhendhi, loyalist of AIADMK rebel T T V Dhinakaran, met with an accident when the car in which he was travelling overturned on a bridge near the collector’s office of Thursday.
Police said that Pugazhendhi sustained injuries on his hand and was taken to a private hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. They also said that the injuries were not serious in nature.A few more people who travelled in the same vehicle sustained minor injuries. They too were treated in a nearby private hospital. The car was going near Anjali roundabout when it hit the parapet wall of the bridge and overturned.
Police said they were clueless as to where he was travelling to. However, they said that Pugazhendhi was travelling from Oddanchatram in Dindigul. As information about the accident was passed to the police, a team from Thadikombu police station rushed there and conducted inquiries.
