Tirunelveli: A builder from Tirunelveli city who went missing, was found dead with his body mutilated in a waterbody on Friday. Jacob Anandraj, 63 from Abhishekapatti went to pick up his granddaughter from school at Tirunelveli Town area on November 22 and did not return. tnn
