Private hospitals in Kolkata have restarted their fever clinics to screen dengue patients due to the increasing number of cases. Most hospitals are only admitting patients with severe symptoms, while others are being advised to take medication and report if their condition worsens. Medica Superspecialty Hospital, Woodlands Hospital, Desun Hospital, Peerless Hospital, and AMRI Hospitals have all either reopened or started fever clinics to manage the influx of dengue patients. The hospitals are prioritizing patients based on the severity of their symptoms and capacity limitations.
