Workshop on visionary leadership held in Ludhiana

LUDHIANA: Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization (FICO) in association With Indian Institute of Human Excellence and Development (IIHED) organized a workshop on "VISIONARY LEADERSHIP" for Young entrepreneurs engaged in Start-ups or those running family business to groom their Business Management Skills at a city hotel on Thursday.

Joint managing director of the Vardhman Group, Sachit Jain was chief guest of this program. Addressing the businessmen Jain shared his experiences with them and advised them to have long term vision for making their start ups and family businesses successful.

Business coach, Sushil Arora from IIHED stressed upon the importance of leadership with specific short term goals. By quoting real time examples of successful start-ups Arora also explained how the businessmen can make an effective business strategy.

During the program two minutes silence was also observed in the memory of co-founder of Hero cycles ,late Satyanand Munjal, who expired on Thursday. President of FICO Gurmeet Singh Kular and other prominent industrialists were also present in the program
