car. When they were crossing New Aggar Nagar, the accused intercepted his way with his Swift. Bhatia stated that the accused, Kamal Grewal, threatened him that the area belongs to him and how did he come to the spot. They exchanged arguments after which the accused called his accomplices and attacked him with an intention to murder hum. Meanwhile, an elderly man of the locality intervened pacified both the sides, after which the accused fled. The locality residents later rushed the trader to a hospital. ASI Baljinder Singh said that a case has been filed under various sections.
