LUDHIANA: Students of SCD Government College continued to excel in exams of Panjab University. Mohini of MSc mathematics (fourth semester) and Livleen bagged first and second position, respectively, in the university. Laxmi Rani stood fourth and Manu was sixth in the exams.
In MSc second semester, Ishit Sehgal stood first, Sahil Jain was second, Ria Bansal bagged fifth position and Suchika Goyal was sixth in Panjab University. It is worthwhile to mention that the results of the both the classes are 100%.
College principal Dr Dharam Singh Sandhu said the department of mathematics of SCD Government College has kept its tradition of producing university toppers.
Meanwhile, Jasneet Kaur of MA economics (fourth semester) bagged first position, Prabhjot Kaur secured second position and Harpreet Kaur third position. Adisha Gupta was sixth, Manisha was eighth, Navleen Kaur stood ninth and Ramandeep Kaur was 10th in the university.
