BARNALA: Trident Group celebrated its annual day with great fervour at Barnala plant as mission day. Trident officers and their families and business associates participated in the celebrations.
Renowned Punjabi Singer Sharry Mann and well known comedian Sudesh Lehri regaled audiences with their power packed performances. Sharry Mann enthralled everyone with his popular song tracks and Sudesh got the audience spellbound with his histrionics.
The senior functionaries came on one platform and committed to the mission for the financial year for accomplishing desired results and for aligning individual goals with organizational goals.

The day was celebrated with the theme, "focused actions, desired results- on our journey to TPM" as special emphasis is being laid on achieving outcomes by focused approach on total productive maintenance (TPM) initiatives. The TPM policy was unveiled last year by then Trident MD and now chairman Rajinder Gupta. TPM accentuates business gains, market capitalization and augmented customer satisfaction.
On the occasion, R&R ceremony was hosted to reward the high achievers who exhibited exemplary performance and walked an extra mile to achieve mission targets. The members were awarded in various categories which include manufacturing excellence, Asmita awards to recognise leadership abilities of female members. Members who illustrated breakthrough performance in functional areas like commercial, projects, and marketing were also recognized.
