Ludhiana: Though most parents were overjoyed with the decisions taken during the meeting over school fee issue, some parents weren't satisfied with announcements.
Some unhappy parents even shouted slogans against Rajinder Ghai, president of parents association, Ludhiana, an independent body of parents, who was present during the meeting. Parents of kids studying in four schools gave a memorandum to the additional deputy commissioner (general) Ajay Sood expressing their dissatisfaction with the decisions. They also asked the administration to call a separate meeting with them over the issue.
Baljeet Singh, a parent, said, "We don't agree on 30% rebate in development charges as we don' want to pay any amount for the purpose. It is a private building and school should invest from their own pocket for its infrastructure."
Another parent Amit Jetly said, "Tomorrow we will have a meeting where we will decide on the future action."
