has been given the charge of district president (urban) of

Shiromani Akali

Dal. The SAD president Sukhbir Badal made announcements of new district presidents in state on Saturday in which Dhillon has been given this opportunity.

Dhillon remained MLA in previous SAD BJP government from East constituency of Ludhiana but lost the seat this time from Congress candidate Sanjay Talwar. Dhillon has replaced

Harbhajan Dang

who was earlier having this position for a long time.

Dhillon said that he is greatful to party president Sukhbir Badal for giving him a chance and he will try to perform his duty fully.
