As France witnessed another terror attack, Punjabis all over the country have come forward to give a helping hand to the victims and their families.

Ludhiana: As France witnessed another terror attack, Punjabis all over the country have come forward to give a helping hand to the victims and their families. Representatives of Punjabis mentioned that they have planned to launch a video offering help and appealing for peace besides organizing blood donation camps. A French Sikh representative, Ranjit G Singh, while interacting with TOI over phone from Paris said, "Our Gurdwaras are offering free langar to the affected families and others. Let us all stand together as this is the only way to fight those who wish to divide us. Sikhs always stand for peace." Adding that a video for Sikh Press Association was being released with an appeal for peace he said, "Like most of my fellow countrymen and most people around the world, we are horrified and upset at the terror attack in Nice."He also added that it was high time when the communities be brought together. Based in Paris, Harvinder Singh, who has been involved in relief activities after terror attacks in the past, maintained that the community members were organizing blood donation camps to help the victims and spread the message of peace.
